Effective date: 24 September 2026 These terms apply to purchases on shop.fleetcop.com, operated by Fleetcop Telematics Solutions, Bengaluru, India ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Products and prices Product descriptions and photos are as accurate as we can make them. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Orders and payment You can pay online through our payment partner or by cash on delivery. An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may cancel an order and refund any payment if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. Tracking service and app Our trackers and dashcams work with the LYRA app (Android and iOS) and a mobile data SIM. Features such as live tracking, alerts and video depend on mobile network coverage and GPS signal, which can be affected by location, buildings and weather. Continued service after the included period may need a paid renewal, at the prices shown in the app at the time. Installation Some features need a professional installation. For example, remote engine cut needs a relay to be installed. Installing a product in a way the vehicle manufacturer does not allow may affect your vehicle's warranty. That is your decision to make. Lawful use You must use our products lawfully. Only track a vehicle or asset that you own or are authorised to track. Do not use our products to track a person without their knowledge and consent. Returns and shipping Returns, refunds and delivery are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms. Limitation of liability Our products help you monitor vehicles and assets, but they do not guarantee that theft, loss or accidents will be prevented. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Changes We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
