Shipping charges Shipping is free on all orders. The price you see at checkout is the full price, including GST. Dispatch time Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day of being placed (or, for online payments, of the payment being confirmed). Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are dispatched the next business day. Delivery time We ship from Bengaluru with courier partners. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your pin code. Remote areas can take longer, and weather or courier delays are outside our control. Cash on delivery Cash on delivery is available. Please keep the exact amount ready. If a cash-on-delivery order is refused at the door without a valid reason, we may ask for online payment on future orders. Tracking your order Once your order ships, you can follow it from your order page on this website using the link in your order confirmation. The courier may also send you SMS updates. Wrong or incomplete address Please check your address and phone number before placing the order. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or the phone was unreachable, re-shipping may be charged. Lost or damaged parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us straight away and we will work with the courier to send a replacement or refund you.
